Since opening in January 2009, Buster Crabb has revolutionised the city dining scene with its innovative menu and distinct focus on steak and the best Southland has to offer.Our staff are dedicated to ensuring your expectations are exceeded. OUR MENU

Our menu features a standout selection of dishes, from seafood tasting trays and sticky venison ribs to our famous Southland prime Hereford chargrilled steaks, including a 500g slow-cooked ribeye for the truly hungry. We also cater to vegetarians with a dedicated menu offering delicious options like pumpkin and spinach penne, a mushroom capsicum burger, and saffron risotto.

DINING OPTIONS

We offer private rooms for up to 20 people, including one with a projector and 100" screen—ideal for work or social events. Enjoy Invercargill’s best full bar with a wide range of tap beers, an extensive wine list, and bar snacks available all day (including complimentary snacks on Friday evenings). Late meals and drinks are available, with service extending past 10pm and closing times up to 3am on select nights.
